Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. Please also have your confirmation number and the card charged during the booking process with you upon check-in.
Guarantee Policy:
Reservations, including those made on a corporate account, must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. Rooms will be held all night for arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type. Check what conditions might apply to each option when making your selection.
Advance purchase bookings will be charged to the card provided between the time of booking and day of arrival — these are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
All other reservations can be cancelled or changed up to 6pm (18:00) the day prior to arrival. No-shows, cancellations or changes made after this time will result in a charge for the first night’s stay to the card provided.
Children & Extra bed Policy:
Under 6 years old: free of charge for accommodation, sharing bed with parents.
6 – Under 12 years old: free of charge for accommodation, sharing bed with parents.
12 years old and above: considered adult - Extra bed surcharges at MYR105 upon availability.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed.

When you first book with us you will be registered as a customer. We will retain all the information you provide as part of your information on record. We may need to pass this information on to other persons or parties including but not limited to security entities and/or credit checking companies, credit card companies, government agencies and public authorities if so required or as required by law. This may involve sending your personal data between different countries.
We use the IP address (es) from which you make your reservations to help administer our website. Your IP address is also used to help identify you. We take great care to ensure this information remains confidential. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us. This is to prevent unauthorized access or unlawful processing of your personal information.

For all pre-paid bookings via our website:
- The Hotel will remain open during the National Recovery phase period but adhering to existing SOPs. Alternatively, should you wish to change your booking to a future date, please message us HERE.
- The respective terms & conditions of respective offers will apply for all bookings.
For all bookings via Online Travel Agents (OTA), cancellation and modification requests will follow their respective policies. We advise you to contact the OTA directly.
